Effective Date: 2025/09/04
When you start using Yooya, an application created by Yooyara, you’re entering into a legal arrangement with our team. This agreement sets out the rights you have, the duties you need to fulfill, and the limits that apply while using Yooya. If any part of these terms doesn’t sit right with you, please don’t use the application.
Yooya is only available to individuals who are 17 years of age or older, and who have the legal capacity to enter into contracts in their respective jurisdictions.
If you are a minor (i.e., under 17 years of age), you are strictly prohibited from using Yooya, regardless of whether you have obtained permission from a guardian or are under adult supervision.
This requirement is not only to ensure compliance with applicable laws but also to safeguard the safety and well-being of all potential users of the Yooya application.
If you want to unlock more of Yooya’s features, you’ll need to register an account. It’s your duty to give correct information when signing up. And you must look after your account login details as carefully as you would a valuable possession. You’ll be fully responsible for everything that happens through your account, whether it’s chatting with others or joining in on community posts.
While using Yooya, we might gather personal data from you. Our Privacy Policy goes into detail about how we handle this data. We use top - notch technical tools and strict organizational rules to keep your data safe. But it’s important to remember that in the digital world, there are always risks, and we can’t promise absolute security. By using Yooya, you accept this.
Everything that makes up Yooya—like the software, the content on the pages, and the brand logos—is owned by Yooyara. We give you a limited license to use Yooya, but you have to stick to the terms of this agreement. When you share content on Yooya, you let us use, edit, and share that content. This helps us keep improving our services for everyone.
Yooya is meant for personal use, not business purposes. Using Yooya in a way that’s legal and ethical, following all relevant laws, is a basic rule. Also, these actions are not allowed: doing things that are fraudulent or harmful, getting into areas you’re not supposed to, uploading viruses or other dangerous stuff, and messing with other users’ experience on Yooya. Keeping Yooya a healthy and orderly place is something we all work towards.
By law, Yooyara isn’t responsible for indirect, accidental, or related damages from using Yooya, like losing data or profits. Yooya is provided “as is”—we can’t guarantee it will always work perfectly, be available all the time, or be completely problem - free. But we’re always trying to make the application more stable and reliable.
Yooyara has the right to change this agreement. For big changes, we’ll tell you beforehand. If you keep using Yooya after the changes, that means you agree to the new terms. If you break this agreement or cause problems for the service, we can stop or end your access to Yooya, with or without telling you first.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the place where Yooyara has its headquarters, and any disputes will be handled according to those laws. If there’s a problem, we’ll first try to sort it out by talking. If that doesn’t work, we’ll go to arbitration, and the decision will be final for both sides.
